We installed the faucet exactly as it was labelled and it turned out the hot and cold lines were labeled in reverse. Otherwise it works perfectly. We swapped around the lines appropriately and all is fine. It is a nice sleek look with our new countertop.I had to change my elbows out because they were for a standard connection. Little extra cost ($30) and an hour later and got installed. Works well, spray switch a challenge at times, and if it wasn't for the extra hassle, I would have given it 5 stars.Purchased this faucet to replace a fairly new but easily rusted faucet. Looks very sleek. Goes well with black iron kitchen sink. Perfect height compared to other one-piece faucet. Easy to install. Price is comparable with others. Well packaged when shipped. Would recommend this.I love this item it was delivered fast and exactly what I was looking forThis is pretty tap set and I liked the concealed pull out head. The tap is as easy to fit as any, but has four pipes going through it rather than the usual two so the diameters are small at around 6mm. The pipes are for Hot in, Cold in, Mixed flow out, Pull out hose in. The pull out part is retracted by way of a weight that you must have room for under the sink. As you can see in the pictures I have a lot of pipes there but the pull out works well and retracts without snagging. We are in Bangor and found we had no pressure issues like others stated. The tap control looks nice and works well, though movement is short so you tend to knock it to full power when using. The pull out control head isn't great, while the stream and shower water flow is good, the mechanism to change between them doesn't feel confident and when your hands are wet its hard to change back to stream as you need to press the very tip of the upper part of the button to make it work. Another very minor problem with the design is that when using the retracted head to eg; fill a bottle, the wide end makes it hard to ascertain where the flow is going to come from at first. its really pretty though :) and its not expensive.Looks nice & as a plumber by trade it wasn’t hard to installBUT..it has a really cheap mounting bolt 99.9%plastic that broke so it wouldn’t bolt up to the sink..2 months later they sent me by request & pictures a new part....they sent me 2 extra counterweights for the hose section...so months later I give up it’s low quality despite the price & I don’t (as a professional) like the quality it’s still in its box after I installed a different tap & months later it’s still unusable..I can’t mount it without a mounting bolt that actually works.Ordered twice. 1st time wrong tap sent in correct box, 2nd time correct tap (which looked great) but the fitting / nut was wrong for the tap to be fastened in under the sink. Company offered to send one but posting out from China, we also asked in 3 plumbers merchants in my area- none had the one needed so returned the tap.Very good for price. Looks very expensive. Love the brushed chrome look. Highly recommended.Enjoying my new kitchen tap since instalation but the switch that changes from spray to full flow is very stiff to click from on position to the other and is getting harder as the weeks move forward.Have tried to contact supplier for a replacement but never heard back.
