This has definitely saved me a ton of time chopping!Excellent for chives,dill, and parsleyI used it to slice thin strips of fresh basil for pizzaI love these scissors! I use them all the time to mince my fresh summer herbs. So much easier than getting out my mini-chopper (and then scraping the sides to try and get as much as possible). With the scraper provided it is so easy to get the tiny bits of fill out from between the blades. So if you love fresh herbs then these are better than an electric chopper IMO.I’ve been looking for something to cut my spinach for my eggs forever!! This is very easy to use and easy to cleanIt is so much easier to cut fresh herbs and cook with them using these scissors, then it is trying to chop them with a knife. You just snip, snip, snip right over your salad bowl and there is no chopping board to clean up. They work great for parsley and cilantro and basal! I am looking forward to trying them with other herbs.I must admit that my use of this Herb Scissors is not for herbs, but rather as a convenient paper shredder when only a portion of the document bearing personal information needs to be shredded. To me, quite a handy and useful gadget!*EDIT AT THE END* Very easy to use and surprisingly easy to clean, however the blades are nowhere as sharp as they should be.
