I've had this faucet now for over a month. It is still working very well. No runs no drips and no errors.I am ok with the quality just knowing it is not expensive. It gives off a noisy vibration sound when water comes through. Otherwise it is ok.I normally do not write a review on the first day of receiving an item but I believe this to be a good purchase. I bought this to replace an 7 year old major brand faucet that utterly failed, literally went to pieces on the sink. Shut off water and since this is a bar sink I could wait a day or so for it to arrive.1. It was delivered in a heavy duty box with foam cutout interior that cradled it perfectly and protected it from damaging the finish.2. Heavy, even the delivery driver mentioned the weight thus, I believe solidness.3. Easy installation, I have replaced many faucets over the years and I have to say the engineering of this far surpasses any. It took 3 times longer to remove the old one, which was in pieces already.4. Thus far it operates better than the old one and even the $400 one in my kitchen. I will update this if the quality is less than I currently believe. If no update, know that it keeps on working.NOTE: The supply lines were too short for my installation so I had to get additional supply lines to extend them.Just finished replacing an old Moen faucet with this and I am VERY pleased. It works perfectly (after installing perfectly). It looks great and the pull-out sprayer with two modes and a "Pause" button allowed for me to install a soap dispenser where the separate sprayer used to be. The fact that it hangs over the sink allows easier access to the sink although the faucet swivels 360 degrees anyway. I can't speak on the sturdiness of it yet but gave 4 stars because it doesn't have a 5-star feel to it but it's definitely a value. I will update this review accordingly. VERY HAPPY WITH IT THOUGH!We just had beautiful granite installed and wanted an upgraded looking faucet. After buying two from home depot with issues, we decided to try this one out. It fit the aesthetic we wanted, loved that the hose was pull down and liked the way it turned on and off.Installation was super easy and we only ran into one issue, if it is not super tight the base will swivel. It took us a few tries to really get it secure however, we cannot get the handle to line up no matter how hard we try so its stuck at a weird angle (circled in blue on picture).Functionality has been great, it has great water pressure and no leaking so far (its been about 2.5 weeks) BUT we have encountered a rather annoying issue and seeing how its already installed, we either replace or deal. Th level to turn the water on and off is screwed into the other portion and comes lose constantly. You'll go to put the water on and the level will just fall out. Maybe we got a faulty one, I don't know. We have tried tightening it, we even put a drop of super glue inside and then tightened it and within 2 days, lose again. They may want to rethink that design feature and make it all one piece. The piece I am talking about is circled in red.Overall I am not very happy with the faucet but we are stuck with it now.I really like this faucet, how it looks, the functions it has and how the water pressure is with this one compared to my previous one. The pressure is much stronger than my previous one that at times I turn it on too much and splash water all over. The only downside I had was that the water lines were too short that I had to go to the hardware store to buy two extension lines.The faucet was simple and fast to hook up, Looks great too. We've had this faucet since the beginning of February 2021. So we've had it 6 months, the buttons will stick in between the spray and regular stream function and are VERY hard to push to just one setting or the other. Looks like we may be in the market for a new faucet here soon..This company made it as easiest to install as possible, considering the fact that you practically working upside down and cramped space. The main nut that holds it down has an open slot so you can just slip it in from the side of the hoses instead of threading it from the end. The only con I have is I wish the handle was a little thicker but this is only cosmetic-wise, it looks good anyhow.
