Easy to install and worth the money. Makes the kitchen look a lot more fancier.We were worried this would be too tall for our super small space, but loved the look and the price, so ordered anyway. We are SO HAPPY we did!Super easy install, roughly 1 hr. We did accidentally pull the hose all the way out and have to spend 15 mins figuring out how to get it back into a tight spot. (We got creative and used string and a zip tie.)Love the water pressure, temp control, and look of the faucet. Sprayer works great.Apologies for my sink full of dishes, but I figured the pic might help someone else who has a small space.Hardest part of install was contorting myself under sink (I'm 6'4"). Dropped right in, works just fine, no leaks. Replaced M**n faucet that cost 4 times as much but only lasted 2 1/2 years & has been a problem for 6 months. Will update as durability becomes clear.This faucet was beautiful. It was fairly easy to install except our came with a defect. However, we reached out to the company and they immediately shipped us another at no charge. Their customer service was very nice. Now that we have it installed, I love the modern look it gives to my kitchen.I can't LOVE this faucet enough! Bought "used" from Amazon for $33 and it was in perfect condition. I've seen faucets like this for over $300. The box was torn up and taped all over but everything inside was just like new. Easy to install (if you don't have my under sink configuration of RO, Garbage Disposal and all the other stuff we keep down there), the pressure is awesome (our house has lousy water pressure and I could never get the water from our old faucet to clear food in the corners of the sink), easy to operate - away for hot, toward you for cold, spray or stream with the press of a button and it matches my Ruvati sink perfectly! I had previously purchased another Amazon faucet (different brand) and it just was not tight and the washers and metal threaded tube of the sink was not good quality and I could not get it flush with the sink- this one had a really solid metal tube and a threaded washer that was easy to tighten while you are cramped under the sink. The stainless steel has the brushed texture and perfectly matches my GE fridge, microwave, and oven handles. I liked that the hose weight was able to be unscrewed and there is a sticker to say exactly where to install it on the tube underneath the sink. Water pressure is great - lot of water flow without blasting the sink and the splashing water everywhere. Able to be used for three hole or one hole sinks. Instructions were just really clearly laid out and easy to follow, which is a major plus! I am super happy with the price and quality-This is now part of my kitchen sink and does exactly what I wanted it to do. I don't have a dishwasher and was breaking dishes on the low faucet when hand-washing. This new faucet is definitely high enough that my nice glasses and fine plates are safer in my careless hands. The spray function and the "reach" or extension are excellent. Installation was tedious, not because of the faucet or the instructions, but because as an 80 year old woman, although crawling under the sink and lying on my back was doable, getting out of there and then standing up took a certain amount of considered movement. Removing the old faucet took much more time than installing the new one. . .thank you YouTube for teaching me about undersink plumbing. The supplied hoses to connect faucet to water supply were just 6" too short. The local hardware store had the perfect extension hoses.This has to be one of the best items I decided to install in my house. So easy to use and looks awesome!I can’t say enough good things about this product but it’s a wow product! Our whole family loves it!The retractable hose feature works great and temperature gauge is dead onIt even increased the water pressure for our sink!So ya get it you’ll love it!
