Me encantovery nice8/24/2021 Though we bought this in April, we did not get our countertop and sink installed until late June so it has malfunctioned after less than 2 full months. The hose that allows the faucet to be pulled down has sprung a leak from within the faucet itself. It is dripping into the cabinet under the sink. It cannot be repaired so we have to replace it. We are so disappointed. We love the aesthetics and the sprayer. I had originally given it 5 stars, but we will not risk purchasing it again. The 30 day return window has closed.6/27/21 We replaced our kitchen island countertop. Though we had a nice faucet on the old one, I wanted a sprayer and more black than stainless to match my new kitchen hardware and appliances.The water pressure is great, it rotates perfectly and the sprayer is really good.This is fabulous and looks great with my new Karran sink.I had it installed by a professional plumber who commented on the ease of installation. Everything comes with it that is needed. The faucet, hoses and accessories are packaged in a sturdy cardboard box with a foam protector and even white gloves to keep handprints/fingerprints off while installing. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. I will be looking at this vendor's products when I replace my bathroom hardware.This faucet looks excellent. No idea why they don’t charge more. The design appearance is above most of the big name competitors. However, hey want to compete on the low end which they shouldn’t. The faucet nozzle is chrome plated plastic. It should have npbeen stainless steel. I’m not certain what the black body is made of but feels like plastic but could be aluminum. Light weight nozzle allows easy retraction. I love the height but it can make more splash in the empty sink.Great for the money. I’ll use it as long as it looks kewl. Once it malfunctions, I’ll find something new.Even my plumber was impressed by this little inexpensive faucet. I bought matching door pulls for the cabinets and it was as if I have a whole new kitchen.Bought a few versions. This is Well-made, a little too tall. Beautiful. Sturdy good chrome! Black is smooth. Modern. Pull-out possibly a bit finicky to redock? Water outlet diameter possibly too small. I placed a few faucets uninstaled over the clients still wrapped sink, just to check proportions and take some photos.I love this product, it works great, its affordable, and I will recommend it to all people, it does what the more expensive brand does, only difference is the price, and it adds class to your kitchen! A very good buy!This was fairly easy to install. I had one of those separate sprayers but it stopped working. This facet is great, looks good and works GREAT!
