Package arrived folded in a vacuum packed clear bag. Followed directions to use an iron to flatten out creases and the heat of the iron caused the ink to bleed and smear. Not able to get the ink that bled out by washing in the washing machine. Would definitely buy again and likely will as a replacement. Next time, I will either cover the rug with a towel and iron the towel or first try just washing and drying flat. 4 stars due to ink bleeding and no caution of that in the instructions on how to get out the creases.
