When my packages were delivered (it comes in two separate boxes), I proceeded to unbox and lay out the parts in an organized manor. Further inspection revealed that one of the glass doors was broken, even though there was no visible damage to the package itself. As you know, these boxes are filled with TONS of pieces, panels, pegs, screws, and they packed these so neatly that I knew I’d never be able to repack in order to send it back. I was in pure panic as I had already destroyed the boxes anyway unboxing.I reached out to the seller and they replied within a few hours. I gave them the part number for the replacement and I was told they would check the warehouse and send a replacement part ASAP. They reached out the following day and informed me that they didn’t have the replacement part to ship individually, but that they would send me the entire box that held the part I needed! I can’t explain how relieved I was not having to ship this back and how quickly the sellers were able to resolve my problem by going above and beyond!The unit itself is great! Spacious and sleek looking. It wasn’t difficult to put together, just took some time doing it alone! Some of the instructions weren’t crystal clear and I had to redo a step or two. I was shocked at the quality of the wood. Generally these premade units are the cheap pressboard that seems super flimsy and are lacking durability. This product is surprisingly rock solid and I would highly recommend it!
