During the pandemic we built an outdoor kitchen on our deck complete with a sink with running cold water. Any of the ABS drains we were able to get from the big box stores leaked or otherwise failed due to their inherent flimsiness. This unit, with its flexible metal piping and brass couplings installed quickly and offered the customizable configuration I needed to work properly. The sink stoppers work well and the drain baskets do the trick capturing debris from the garden and the occasional pine cone and needles that make their inevitable appearance in the sink. Plus I was able to configure the overflow drain into a makeshift vent so that the water drains completely with no suction stoppage ( I drain the water into a nearby garden box - never really dirty or soapy water flows out ). I’ll disconnect it before winter but I suspect it will be robust.
